The District transitioned to a new billing and payment system in October.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: The automatic payments in the new billing system will begin as of the December due date.

Customers who have already signed up for the new system and made a one-time payment can expect the automatic payment to be processed in December as usual. If you did not make a one-time payment during registration or have not signed up for the automatic payment system, you may follow instructions on your upcoming bill to set up your account and your automatic payment.   As a courtesy, the November late fees have been waived.
