Board Meeting Agendas

Travis County WCID - Point Venture board meetings are held monthly, typically the 4th Thursday of every month at 3:00 pm at the district office located at 18606 Venture Drive, Point Venture, TX 78645.

Meeting minutes will be made available after every meeting. If you cannot locate the information you are looking for, please call the office and we will gladly assist you.

The Board meets monthly to handle the business of the District.  Meetings are open to the public.

This page includes links to the previous and current month’s agendas for all formal Travis County Water Control and Improvement District - Point Venture Board of Directors meetings. Agendas may be finalized and posted at a location within the district and on this website, a minimum of 72 hours prior to each meeting.

Every effort will be made to have the meeting agendas posted as soon as they are finalized. This meeting schedule is subject to change without notice, but every effort will be made to publicize changes as soon as possible. 2026 Planned Meeting Schedule

The list of dates below is the tentative schedule of the  Board of Director Meetings. The meetings are generally held on the fourth Thursday of each month. On occasion, the Board will reschedule the meetings to accommodate unforeseen director schedule changes to assure that a quorum is present. As soon as such changes are known they will be posted on the page.
